Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 9, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of summitworksdigital.com (the "Site"), operated by Summitworks Digital, a digital services business run by Luis Puerto. By using this Site, you agree to these Terms.

About our services

Summitworks Digital provides websites and landing pages, lead generation and marketing, and CRM/automation services to small businesses and startups. This Site describes our services at a general level; it does not itself constitute an offer or a binding quote. Every engagement begins with a free assessment and is governed by a separate written proposal or service agreement between Summitworks Digital and the client, which sets out the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

No published pricing

Because the right approach and fair price depend on each business's scope, we do not publish fixed prices on this Site. Pricing is provided individually after an assessment, as either a flat project fee or a monthly retainer, and is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Ownership of deliverables

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of client deliverables (such as a website's files, designs, and content created specifically for you) transfers to you upon full payment, as detailed in the applicable service agreement. The Summitworks Digital name, logo, and the content of this Site itself remain our property.

No guaranteed results

While we aim to do excellent, effective work, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a particular number of leads, sales, or search rankings), since these depend on many factors outside our control.

Acceptable use of this Site

You agree not to misuse this Site — for example, by attempting to access it through automated means beyond normal browsing, interfering with its operation, or submitting the contact form with false or malicious content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Summitworks Digital's liability arising from your use of this Site is limited to direct damages and shall not exceed the fees you have paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Summitworks Digital's place of business. A signed service agreement for a specific engagement may include additional or different terms, which will control for that engagement.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
